Shipping & Returns
Koi is a premium laptop case and charging solution company.
The shipping experience for Koi is unique due to our crowdfunding through Kickstarter. We are ready to manufacture, and when our funding goal is met we will immediately start production in order to ship your orders out quickly. We work with manufacturers in the United States so you can be assured of high quality and reasonable shipping times. We will keep you updated every step of the way!
Both domestic and international shipping will be available through our Kickstarter campaign. Domestic shipping will be free, and international shipping will include an added flat rate expense.
No returns will be allowed on FINAL SALE items, except when flaws or defects are found upon arrival. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we accept the return of any item (other than final sale items) that have not been used. Please contact us at email@example.com to approve the return. Only unused items within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you will be considered.
To return your item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your package. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and intact upon arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc). Please allow a period of up to 14 days to process the refund.
